7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA<\/h5>\n
When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.<\/span><\/p>\nIf you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). 8. SECURITY MEASURES<\/h5>\n
We use the SSL\/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured\/hijacked by third parties without authorization.<\/span><\/p>\nIn case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.<\/span><\/p>\nThe AASA Camp shall ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nAccess to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nWhen personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nIn the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, the MABS Junior Camp shall promptly assess the risk to people\u2019s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the ICO.<\/p>\n
