Frequently Asked Questions

Campers are from 10-15 years old.

Instructors speak English, Arabic, French, Croatian, Italian.

One third of total camp price. You have option to pay in tree instalments. The last payment must be one month before camp starts.

A choice of roommates is possible but should be indicated in the application for the Camp.

Throughout the entire period of the Camp will be present a doctor and physiotherapist.
All Camp participants are insured.

Parents who want to monitor the activities of children are welcome.

For all parents who came with their children to be near them, we can provide accommodation and assist in finding accommodation.

Be aware that all campers must have a valid medical certificate of good health condition. Medical certificate must not be older than one year from the date of their arrival at the campsite. Or you, as a parent, can sign a statement confirming the health status of your child, which removes all responsibility from the camp organizer. Copies of the medical certificate must be received no later than upon arrival at the campsite. Campers whose copy of the medical certificate was not received on arrival at the campsite can loose their place at the campsite and will not being able to participate.

We are committed to offering a safe and meaningful summer experience for your campers in Summer 2022. That being said, we understand the uncertainty that the world around us brings.
AASA Camp need to cancel in whole due to COVID-19, all fees will be returned, except for a 300 CHF administrative fee per participant.
If you enrol in AASA Camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
If cancellation is made by the May 1st, all tuition is fully refundable, except for a 300 CHF administrative fee per participant.
If cancellation is made after June 1st, we cannot provide any refund.

  • Camp participants must respect the work of trainers, in and out of training, in order to         implement the work of order and discipline at the camp.
  • Camp participants are required to be accompanied by a coach for training, swimming pool, beach, excursions and other things organized by the camp.
  • Camp participants undertake to arrive on time for training, breakfast, lunch, dinner and other scheduled obligations of the camp organizers.
  • Camp participants should be in their rooms by 11 pm.
  • Camp participants should wear appropriate equipment – T-shirts, training sneakers that will be required by the trainers or the organizer.
  • Camp participants are obliged to take photos in sports equipment on the scheduled day for photography AASA camp and it reserves the right to publish photos in the media on social networks and the Internet, in order to promote the camp.
  • Camp participants are obliged to give an interview to the media or for the needs of the camp AASA. The organizer reserves the right to publish the interview and recorded photos.
  • If a camp participant has health problems, he / she is obliged to report the problem to the trainer, physiotherapist or doctor, who are available 24 hours a day – in order to provide timely assistance.
  • Camp participants are obliged to keep their belongings (money, mobile phone, jewelry) and other valuables. The camp organizer is not responsible for the stolen items.
  • If a camp participant voluntarily leaves the camp without the approval of the responsible person or coach, he will bear the consequences. In this case, AASA Camp has the full right to remove the participant from the camp without a refund.
  • If the camper brings alcohol into the hotel or consumes it during the camp, the camp management has the right to remove it from the camp immediately and has no obligation to return the money accordingly.
  • If a camp participant uses cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics or other illicit substances during the camp, AASA Camp has the right to immediately remove the camp participant without refund.
  • Any insults on racial, political, sexual or any other grounds are strictly prohibited, this is a sufficient reason for removal from the camp. No refunds.
  • If a camp participant wants to leave the camp for private or other reasons, he is obliged to inform the camp organizer. In this case AASA Camp has no obligation to return funds paid.
  • Camp participants are obliged to protect the property of the camp, hotel, sports hall, etc. In case the camp participant causes damage, he is obliged to compensate it. The parents of the minor are responsible for the damage caused by the minor participant.
  • Any conduct contrary to the provisions of the ordinance will be sanctioned under the provisions of the ordinance.
  • The Code of Conduct for all participants is an integral part of the AASA Camp offer.
  • When paying for participation in the camp – the camp participants and the parents of the minor camp participants agree with the Ordinance.
